Welcome to KLICKO PRODUCTION PVT LIMITED !
1. Services
The Company provides photography, videography, editing, and related production services as agreed in the project proposal/quotation.
Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs will be detailed in the Work Order/Quotation.
2. Booking & Payment
A minimum [50%-60%] advance payment is required to confirm any booking.
The balance amount must be cleared before delivery of final files, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments once made are non-refundable except under circumstances where the Company fails to deliver the agreed services.
3. Client Responsibilities
The Client must provide accurate information, timely approvals, and necessary access (locations, products, models, etc.) for smooth execution of the project.
Delays caused by the Client may result in revised delivery schedules and/or additional costs.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
If the Client cancels a confirmed booking:
More than 7 days prior: Advance will be adjusted for future booking.
Less than 7 days prior: Advance will be forfeited.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Delivery & Revisions
Standard delivery timelines will be mentioned in the Work Order.
One round of minor revisions is included in the package. Additional revisions will be charged separately.
The Company is not responsible for delays due to technical issues beyond control (equipment failure, natural calamities, etc.).
6. Copyright & Usage Rights
All raw data (photos/videos) remain the property of Klicko Production Pvt. Ltd. unless otherwise agreed.
Final edited deliverables are licensed to the Client for personal or agreed commercial use.
The Company reserves the right to use selected works for its portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, unless the Client requests in writing to withhold usage.
7. Confidentiality
The Company will maintain confidentiality of any sensitive business information shared by the Client.
8. Liability
The Company shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services.
In case of proven negligence, liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the particular service.
9. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, etc.).
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in CITY.
11. Agreement
By engaging Klicko Production Pvt. Ltd., the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
